Buying a car has always been stressful…until now!
If you decide you want to exchange your vehicle for something else, simply bring the vehicle back to the dealership where you have purchased the car and we will exchange it for another one you like better.
UNDERSTANDING THE 3-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY
To exchange your vehicle for another one:
You must return the car no later than 5 pm EST on the 3rd calendar day after receipt of your car.
- We will not accept a return for exchange if the car:
- Has been modified
- Was in an accident
- Was damaged in any way
- Altered in any way from the condition it was in at the delivery
- Had a lien or other encumbrance placed on it (except for our Retail Installment Sales Agreement)
- Used Vehicle has been driven more than 400 miles
New vehicle has been driven more than 300 miles
*The 3-Day Exchange Policy does not apply to:
- Pre-owned vehicles with a sale price greater than $50,000;
- Vehicles purchased by out-of-state customers
- Exotic vehicles, including but not limited to:
- Aston Martin
- Rolls Royce
- Nissan GT-R (new or used)
The purchase price of your vehicle will be credited toward the vehicle you chose for exchange. If the purchase price of the returned vehicle is less than the price of the replacement vehicle, you will be responsible for that difference. If the purchase price of the returned vehicle is greater than the purchase price of the replacement vehicle, we will refund you the difference.
