I've never been treated so poorly in a dealership. If it wasn't for the nice salesman Cameron Conyer, I would have left. Beware the dealership photo shops their vehicles. The photos showed the outside of this car was in immaculant condition. It has the beginning of surface rust on the bottom of the passenger door and small nicks in the hood that are rusting. This is the worst dealership I have ever been to in my life. Very strange negotiation. I asked him for lowest and he gave me a price $60.00/mo more than what I ended up with a month. That's almost $2,500 over the life of the lease. Sold car, took way too long. Manager didn't come over and say thank you. Sales guy didn't thank me for the business. NO follow up call to see if I'm happy with the car. Kinda gross. Just a cold cold experience here. I took my previous Nissan here for service and the quality of work was beyond poor. Skid plate not re-attached, oil everywhere underneath, engine cover not fully reattached. Then I made a poor decision to buy a car from here. Poor communication with the sales associate, misleading information and then to top it off, after all papers were signed and I was walking out the door, they told me there was only 1 key. Pretty disappointing. I won’t buy a car from here ever again. I live 2 miles away and will drive 30 min away to the Ganley Nissan for service.

Decent selection, easy to get to, friendly people, however, I just sold my truck to them on a trade. I was told the best they could do was $10.7k because of issues with it, said they would just be sending it to auction anyhow and the best they would get is $11k. This was on 2/1/25, something told me to check today (2/5/25) and my gut was right, it’s listed for over $17k. My wife handled all of the negotiations on our purchase, (as per my direction) our salesman, Jared Smith was more than professional, courteous and educated about the vehicle (2023 Nissan Titan Pro4x). Even as a new Sales Rep. he was very helpful to our out of state issues. He also called after our delivery to inform us that we left a key fob behind and he would mail it out that day.

We purchased a truck from them in June and we were very satisfied with everything about the buying process. Seth Cook did a great job for us! I received the recall inspection for my vehicle on 29th June. The sales member had the wrong schedule booking for me, but the service advisor Mr. Romero (Alex) made the best correspondence in a short time, and I received great service there. Bait a switch on the price campared to what was advertised. Charged double for shipping and they were very disorganized. They would go days without responding.

They never returned calls or assisted after learning I wanted to participate in the Zero down program. The customer service here is lacking to say the least. They also are not a big enough dealership, nor do they have the banks to pull off this program, its 100% a scam.

I purchased a 2022 Ford F150 from this dealership . Upon getting it home I discovered the jack kit behind the rear seat is missing. Someone physically removed it. I’ve sent numerous emails over a week and a half period and all I got was someone will contact you. No one contacted me so I called today and was told they could get me a price on this jack kit. This is a safety issue and I don’t understand why this was not caught when they went over this truck. Do not buy from this dealership!

We had interactions with the sales contact assigned through cars.com, before we made the hour and half trip to make sure the vehicle was still available to buy and test drive. We got to the dealership and no one could locate the vehicles keys. Not only did we wait for 45 minutes while they searched, with no success, but the dealership said someone would be in contact and bring the vehicle to us on Monday. Never heard from a single person.

Our experience was horrible! It was not disclosed to us until after we signed the contract that the vehicle had received damage from being stolen and the car fax did not disclose this as well. Would not recommend because they hide everything in there disclosures. Website says 7 day return policy or exchange but will only exchange within three days and to no out of state buyers such as myself! Called for 6 days to try to talk to someone for only to us it’s a done deal and nothing can be done!

BUYER BEWARE Went to Nissan Streetsboro on 06/21. They pulled my credit on 06/21 and 06/22 in the morning. I received a text message after they pulled my credit again that they sold the car. We will be getting in touch with the Attorney General too. You will see more as we post the time line.
